Trade Terms and Conditions

**Please note that unfortunately we cannot currently accept orders from Northern Ireland or the EU**

 

1. Introduction 

1.1 These Trade Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the sale of goods ("Goods") by The Crafting Croft ("Seller") to the business customer (“Customer”). By placing an order, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2. Orders 

2.1 All orders are subject to acceptance by the Seller. 

3. Payment

3.1 Payment terms are NET 45: Payment is due forty five days from the date of receipt of Goods, unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

3.2 Payment shall be by bank transfer, or securely via Shopify invoicing or payments

3.3 Bank details will be provided on the Sellers invoice.

3.4 Late payments may incur interest at the rate of 1% per annum, calculated daily from the due date until payment is made.

4. Delivery

4.1 The Seller will make every effort to deliver the Goods within the estimated delivery time. 

4.2 The Seller is not liable for any delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond its control.

4.3 Delivery charges will be as stated at the time of order. 

4.4 Risk of loss or damage to the Goods passes to the Customer upon delivery. 

4.5 The Customer must inspect the Goods upon delivery and notify the Seller of any damages or discrepancies within five working days.

4.6 All items are made and dispatched from Scotland, UK. International Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply on arrival.

5. Returns and Refunds 

5.1 The Customer may return Goods within ten working days of receipt for a credit note or replacement, provided the Goods are unused and in their original packaging. 

5.2 To initiate a return, the Customer must contact the Seller at charlotte@thecraftingcroft.co.uk  or 07890 391 998 for return instructions. 

5.3 The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the Goods are defective or incorrect. 

5.4 Credit notes or replacements will be processed within five working days of receipt of the returned Goods.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 The Seller’s liability for any claim related to the Goods is limited to the purchase price of the Goods. 

6.2 The Seller is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Goods.

7. Governing Law 

7.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.

8. Changes to Terms 

8.1 The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be effective seven days after advising the Customer.

9. Confidentiality

9.1 The Customer agrees to keep any trade prices and terms confidential and not disclose them to third parties without the Seller's written consent.
